- **View Timeline:**
1. The timeline shows the current status of your project.
2. You can view the timeline in different formats: week, month, and year.
- **Track Project Status:**
1. The timeline allows you to see where you are with any given project at a glance.
### **📦 Using the Package Planner**
The Package Planner helps you manage different project packages:
- **Overview of Packages:**
1. The dashboard provides an overview of all packages, such as groundworks, roofing, plumbing, and heating.
2. Each package shows the number of interests, quotes, and the current status.
- **Managing Package Status:**
1. For example, if the groundworks package shows three interests and five quotes, the status will be "Quoted".
2. If there are no interests or quotes, such as for plumbing and heating, it will indicate that no tender documents have been sent.
- **Notifications:**
1. The system notifies you if any action is overdue. For example, if you are late in sending out a tender document, a notification will alert you.
2. Update deadlines by adjusting the send dates. For instance, change a late send date from 6th February to 13th February to update the timeline and avoid late notifications.

1. The dashboard allows you to take necessary actions directly. It helps you keep track of deadlines and ensures timely updates.
