      To access your project timeline and package planner, follow these steps:

      • Go to Your Projects Dashboard:
          • From the main Projects Dashboard, select a specific project. For example, "Gate Apartments".
      • Access Project Dashboard:
        • This will take you to the Project Dashboard, where you can view detailed project information.

      📅 Viewing Your Project Timeline

      The Project Dashboard provides a timeline view to track project progress:

      • View Timeline:
          • The timeline shows the current status of your project.
          • You can view the timeline in different formats: week, month, and year.
      • Track Project Status:
        • The timeline allows you to see where you are with any given project at a glance.

      📦 Using the Package Planner

      The Package Planner helps you manage different project packages:

      • Overview of Packages:
          • The dashboard provides an overview of all packages, such as groundworks, roofing, plumbing, and heating.
          • Each package shows the number of interests, quotes, and the current status.
      • Managing Package Status:
          • For example, if the groundworks package shows three interests and five quotes, the status will be "Quoted".
          • If there are no interests or quotes, such as for plumbing and heating, it will indicate that no tender documents have been sent.
      • Notifications:
          • The system notifies you if any action is overdue. For example, if you are late in sending out a tender document, a notification will alert you.
          • Update deadlines by adjusting the send dates. For instance, change a late send date from 6th February to 13th February to update the timeline and avoid late notifications.
      • Taking Action:
        • The dashboard allows you to take necessary actions directly. It helps you keep track of deadlines and ensures timely updates.
