To begin adding a witness to your account:
- Log into C-Link:
- Navigate to the We Will Prosper login page.
- Enter your credentials and log into your account.
- Access Your Dashboard:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Navigate to "My Company" and select "Pre-Qualification".
👥 Adding a Witness
Follow these steps to add a witness:
- Go to Organisation Tab:
- Click on the "Organisation" tab.
- You will see yourself and any other people already added to the account.
- Add Team Member:
- If the person is not already added, click "Add Team Member".
- Enter the necessary details:
- Department: Choose the relevant department or select "Witness".
- Role: For example, "Responsible for Construction".
- Name: Enter the witness's name (e.g., Joe Bloggs).
- Phone Number: Enter their phone number.
- Email: Add their email address.
📧 Granting Permissions
To finalise the addition:
- Set Permissions:
- Ensure you click the "Permissions" button to grant the ability to log in and edit projects.
- Press "Confirm".
- Email Notification:
- The new team member (e.g., Joe Bloggs) will receive an email to register for an account with C-Link and Prosper.
- Verify Addition:
- Once added, you will see the new team member listed in the Organisation tab.
- Select as Witness:
- The main contractor can now select the added person to receive and sign contracts as a witness.
- Edit Permissions:
- If needed, you can edit or delete the team member. Ensure the "Permissions" button is always tagged to allow them to sign and witness as a deed.
