📋 Viewing Attached Documents and Drawings
To begin managing document or drawing revisions:
- Check Completion:
- Ensure your tender is 100% complete with all questions answered.
- View Attached Files:
- Look at the attached drawings and documents. For example, under "Structural," you might see a file like "Staircase B12."
- Scroll to File List:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view all attached files, including those listed under "Structural."
🛠️ Removing a Document or Drawing
Follow these steps to remove a document or drawing revision:
- Delete File:
- Click the delete button next to the file you wish to remove (e.g., "Staircase B12").
- Confirm the deletion. The file will be removed from the numbered documents list.
📤 Adding New Document or Drawing Revisions
After removing old files, add new revisions:
- Upload New Files:
- Click "Upload" to add new documents or drawings.
- Navigate to the appropriate folder (e.g., "Structural") and select the files to upload. For example, "Latest B12 Detail" and "Existing Elevations."
- Automatic Update:
- The system will upload the new files and display them in the document list.
- These files will also be automatically added to the numbered documents list in your tender or contract document.
