# Completing Pre-Qualification and Profile for Subcontractors in C-Link

### **🧩 Accessing Your Profile**
To begin completing your profile and pre-qualification:
- **Log into C-Link:**
1. You will receive a notification requesting you to log in and complete your pre-qualification.
- **Navigate to My Company and Profile:**
1. Go to "My Company" and select "Profile".
### **📝 Completing Company Details**
Fill out the necessary details for your profile:
- **User Information:**
1. Include details about who the user is, their job title, etc.
- **Company Details:**
1. Enter the company reference, company logo, company email, contact details, etc.
2. Press "Save and Continue" after entering the information.
### **🔍 Adding Trades and Locations**
Specify the trades and locations your company covers:
- **Insert Trades:**
1. Add the trades you specialise in, e.g., Green roofer, single ply flat roofer.
2. Search for any trade description and add it to your profile.
- **Insert Locations:**
1. Add the locations where your company operates.
### **📄 Completing Pre-Qualification**
The pre-qualification process consists of four sections:
- **Finance:**
1. Complete the turnover for the past three years.
2. Add typical order values, number of employees, and number of subcontractors.
3. This is the first step.
- **Organisation:**
1. Detail the key people within your organization.
2. Add team members and relevant information about them.
3. This is the second step.
- **Documentation:**
1. Upload insurances, accreditations, and management systems.
2. Press "Add Insurance," "Add Accreditation," or "Add Management System" to upload certificates, values, and expiration dates.
3. This is the third step.
- **References:**
1. Upload client references to your system.
2. This will appear on your pre-qualification.
3. This is the final step.
- **Save and Continue:**
1. After completing all sections, save your progress.
