To begin creating a new scope of work:

  1. Navigate to Company Assets:
    • Access the "Company Assets" section from your main menu.
  2. Open Scopes of Work:
    • Click on the "Scopes of Work" folder.
  3. Standard Scopes:
    • With a standard C-Link subscription, you will have access to 20 standard scopes of work.

📄 Creating a New Scope of Work

To create a new scope of work:

  1. Select Existing Scopes:
    • Review existing scopes such as "Roofing" or "Roofing Hotel".
  2. Create New Scope:
    • Click to create a new scope of work. For example, "Roofing Single Ply".
  3. Edit Template:
    • Click the "Edit Template" button to open a blank template.

    • Press "Save Changes" to create the new template.
    • This template will now be available in the Document Creator.
  2. Using the Template:
    • The next time you create a tender or contract document, the new scope of work will be available for selection.
