      Creating Project-Specific Scope Items or Amendments in C-Link

      📋 Accessing Scope Templates

      To begin creating project-specific scope items or amendments:

      1. Refer to Company Assets:
        • Navigate to the Company Assets section where you will find various templates, including scopes of work.
      2. Choose a Scope of Work Template:
        • Select a standard scope template from C-Link or one created by your company. For example, select the "Groundwork" scope.

      🛠️ Customising Scope Items for a Project

      Customise the scope items to make them project-specific:

      1. Pull Through Standard Scope:
        • In the tender creation process, pull through the standard scope for the package you are working on (e.g., groundworks package).
        • The standard scope, such as the 18-point groundwork scope, will be displayed.
      2. Amend to Project-Specific Scope:
        • Use the standard scope as a guide and make necessary amendments to fit the specific project needs.
        • For example:
          • Include specific drawing references (e.g., Drawing 123 and 124).
          • Exclude irrelevant items (e.g., ground and surface water removal).
          • Add project-specific details (e.g., excavation as per Ground Investigation Report 100 dated 13 February 2024).
      3. Update Scope Items:
        • Modify each point to reflect the unique requirements of the project.
        • Ensure all relevant details are included to make the scope precise and comprehensive.

      💾 Saving Changes

      After customising the scope items:

      1. Save Changes:
        • Press "Save Changes" to update the scope with the project-specific details.
        • The customised scope will now replace the standard company-wide scope for this specific package and project.
