        • For example, select "Tender Templates".
        • Choose a specific template, such as "Quick Tender".
      2. Edit the Document:
        • Open the document and make your desired changes.
        • Some users may want to change phrases like "yours sincerely" to "yours faithfully" to better match the company's tone of voice.

      Before making changes, consider the following:

      1. Company-Wide Impact:
        • Remember that editing a document in Company Assets affects all users across the company. Ensure you have the necessary approval to make changes.
      2. Shortcodes:
        • Be mindful of areas with shortcodes (elements in brackets). Do not edit these sections as they are crucial for the functionality within Document Creator.
