      To begin generating your supply chain activity report:

      1. Log into C-Link:
        • Navigate to your project dashboard upon logging in.
      2. Open Supply Chain:
        • Click on "Supply Chain" to access the supply chain page.

      Follow these steps to generate a comprehensive report:

      1. Download Supply Chain Report:
        • On the supply chain page, click the "Download Supply Chain Report" button.
      2. Generate Report:
        • The system will generate a report detailing all companies within your supply chain.
      3. View Report:
        • Open the report to view information such as:
          • Companies House registered information
          • Contact names and numbers
          • Trades performed by each company
          • Activation status on C-Link (Yes/No)

      To download pre-qualification information for individual subcontractors:

      1. Select Individual Account:
        • Navigate to the individual account of the subcontractor.
      2. Download Pre-Qual PDF:
        • Click the "Download Pre Qual" button.

        • The system will generate a PDF containing detailed information about the subcontractor, including pre-qualification details.
      4. Share and Store:
        • You can download and share this PDF as needed.
