      Getting Interest from Subcontractors in the C-Link Marketplace

      🧩 Creating Packages

      To begin getting interest from subcontractors, you first need to create the necessary packages:

      1. Navigate to Your Project:
        • Go to your project and select "Plan My Project".
        • Click "Update Packages".
      2. Create Packages:
        • Choose the packages you want to produce (e.g., groundworks, heating, roofing).
        • Enter the required dates and fill out all the information.
        • Press "Save Packages".
      3. Proceed to Procurement Schedule:
        • After saving the packages, press "Proceed to Procurement Schedule".

      📤 Publishing Packages to Subcontractors

      Once you have created your packages, publish them to the C-Link Marketplace:

      1. Access Procurement Schedule:
        • You will be directed to the procurement schedule page.
      2. Publish Packages:
        • You can either add subcontractors from your existing supply chain or publish the packages to new subcontractors.
        • To publish a package, click the "Publish to Subcontractors" button next to the relevant package.
      3. Example:
        • For the groundworks package, click "Publish to Subcontractors" to share it with C-Link’s pre-qualified supply chain.

      📧 Managing Subcontractor Interest

      After publishing packages, manage the interest from subcontractors:

      1. Receive Interest Notifications:
        • Subcontractors will review your package and register their interest if approved.
        • You will receive an email notification the following morning informing you of the interest received.
      2. Add or Decline Interest:
        • You can then choose to add or decline the interested subcontractors to your procurement schedule.
        • This process is repeated for each package you wish to publish.
      3. Publishing Per Package:
        • You can publish packages individually. For example:
          • Publish the groundworks package.
          • Repeat the process for plumbing and heating by pressing the corresponding button.
          • Do the same for roofing.
