      How Subcontractors Submit Quotes on Prosper

      📧 Accessing Your Prosper Account

      To begin submitting your quote, follow these steps:

      1. Log into Prosper:
        • Access your Prosper account.
      2. Navigate to Projects:
        • Go to the "Projects" section.
        • Select "Inquiries" to view the relevant inquiries.

      📂 Navigating to Inquiries

      Find the specific project you need to quote for:

      1. Select the Project:
        • Click on the project that relates to your inquiry. For example, "Bridge Street Centre" is for the single-ply flat roofing package.
      2. View Project Information:
        • Review all the information related to the project.

      ✏️ Creating and Submitting a Quote

      Follow these steps to create and submit your quote:

      1. Create a Quote:
        • Click the button to create a quote.
        • A sidebar will appear for you to enter your quote details.
      2. Enter Quotation Values:
        • Quotation Value: Enter the overall value excluding VAT (e.g., £10,000).
        • Measured Work: Enter the value for measured work (e.g., £9,500).
        • Prelims: Enter the value for prelims (e.g., £500). If there are no prelims, enter zero.
        • Provisional Sums: Enter the value for provisional sums. If there are none, enter zero.
        • Ensure all fields are filled out.
      3. Enter Programme Details:
        • Insert the programme duration (e.g., 2 weeks). If no details are available, you can enter zero.
      4. Upload Quote Document:
        • Upload your quote document by selecting it from your system.
        • Navigate to your quotes folder and upload the relevant document.
      5. Send Quotation:
        • Once all details are entered and the document is uploaded, press "Send Quotation" to submit your quote.
