# How to Update Your C-Link Profile

### **🧑💼 Accessing Your Profile**
To begin updating your profile, follow these steps:
- **Navigate to Profile Settings:**
1. Go to the top right-hand corner where you will see your initials.
2. Click on "Update Profile" to proceed to the profile settings page.
### **✏️ Updating Your Personal Information**
Once you are on the profile settings page, update your information as follows:
- **Update Profile Fields:**
1. Ensure that the five key fields and your display name are correctly filled out.
2. This information is crucial as it will be used as your signature on tender and contract documents.
- **Save Changes:**
1. After updating the necessary fields, always press "Save" to store your information.
### **🔒 Changing Your Password**
If you need to update your password, follow these steps:
- **Update Password:**
1. Enter your new password in the appropriate section.
2. Confirm the new password to ensure accuracy.
- **Save Changes:**
1. Press "Save" to update your password.
### **🏢 Updating Company Information**
If you are a company admin, you can also update your company information:
- **Access Company Information:**
1. Navigate to the company information section within your profile settings.
- **Update Company Details:**
1. Update the necessary company details.
2. These changes will impact the header and footer of your tender and contract documents.
- **Save Changes:**
1. Press "Save" to store the updated company information.
