🖥️ Accessing Your Supply Chain
To begin mass uploading your supply chain:
- Log into C-Link:
- Navigate to your project dashboard upon logging in.
- Open Supply Chain:
- Click on "Supply Chain" to open the supply chain page.
📄 Preparing the Upload Document
Follow these steps to prepare your supply chain upload document:
- Contact Account Manager:
- Speak with your C-Link account manager to obtain the mass upload document.
- Fill in Company Details:
- Insert the following details for each company in the provided document:
- Company name
- Registration number
- First name of contact
- Last name of contact
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Insert the following details for each company in the provided document:
- Select Trades and Locations:
- Choose the trade for each company from the drop-down menu. For example, "Concrete Pumping".
- Select the locations where the company operates. For instance, choose "London".
- Repeat for All Contractors:
- Repeat the process for all contractors you wish to upload.
📤 Uploading the Document
To finalise the upload:
- Share Document with Account Manager:
- Once you have filled in all the details, share the document with your C-Link account manager.
- Automated Upload:
- Your customer success manager will upload the document, and your supply chain will be updated automatically.
