      🖥️ Adding Contractors and Consultants

      To begin engaging your supply chain effectively:

      1. Navigate to Supply Chain:
        • Go to your project dashboard and click on "Supply Chain".
      2. Add Subcontractor:
        • Use the "Add Subcontractor" button to add individual subcontractors.
        • Alternatively, use the bulk upload tool by coordinating with your Customer Success Manager.
      3. Receiving Email Notifications:
        • Once added, subcontractors and consultants will receive an email notification.

      📧 Automated and Personalised Email Communication

      Follow these steps to ensure effective communication:

      1. Automated Email:
        • Subcontractors receive an automated email stating:
          • Your company has added them to the supply chain on Prosper and C-Link.
          • They will manage the supply chain and projects through the portal.
          • They need to activate their account to proceed.
      2. Activate Account:
        • The subcontractor clicks to activate their account and completes their pre-qualification.

      📄 Encouraging Engagement

      To maximise engagement:

      1. Lead the Process:
        • Although C-Link sends automated emails, it is highly recommended that you also send a personalised email.
      2. Template Email:
        • Send a customised email to the subcontractor explaining:
          • Your company is using C-Link and Prosper to manage PQQs, issue tenders, view quotations, and issue/sign subcontract orders.
          • This personal touch encourages higher engagement rates.
