      Release Notes - 08.08.2024

      New Features, System Changes & Bug Fixes

      We are excited to announce the release of several new features, system changes, and bug fixes designed to enhance your experience on our platform.

      New Features:

      1. In-Project Navigation Revamp:

        • The navigation within projects has been revamped, making it easier to navigate through sections like Procurement Schedule, Templates, Enquiries, Orders, etc. We believe this will significantly enhance user experience and efficiency.

      System Changes:

      1. Assistant Role Update:
        • As requested by many of our users, we modified the permissions for the Assistant role. Users marked in Team Manager as Assistants can no longer Add or Edit the Supply Chain.

      Bugs & Fixes:

      1. "Processing" Status Display Fix:

        • The old "in queue" status was affecting all Orders. Now, the status will only change for the Order that was just sent. The status has been updated from "in queue" to "processing". 
          As soon as the Order is processed by the system, the status will change to "Sent" for Wet Signatures, or "Pending Signatures" for DocuSign Documents.

      2. Projects Dashboard & Procurement Schedule Performance:

        • Various technical improvements were made to the Projects Dashboard & Procurement Schedule page to improve their performance. Other similar improvements will be made in the future on other parts of the platform.

      3. Witness Fixes on DocuSign:

        • Minor restrictions have been implemented to prevent users from adding Witnesses as Subcontractors in the Document Creator, by mistake. Additionally, the "Grant ability to login" edit option for Witnesses has been removed on the Prosper side.

      4. Request Missing Document Visual Feedback Fix:

        • Users can now see the status change from "Request Document" to "Request Sent" without needing to refresh the page when requesting a Prequalification document on the Subcontractor profile page.

      These updates are part of our continuous efforts to improve our platform and provide the best possible service to our users.
