- Go to Tender Templates:
- Navigate to "Tender Templates" from your project dashboard.
- Locate the tender you have already created, for example, a quick tender for single ply flat roofing.
📄 Sending the Tender to a New Contractor
Follow these steps to send the tender to an additional contractor:
- Open Procurement Schedule:
- Go to your "Procurement Schedule".
- Add New Contractor:
- If a new contractor has registered interest, add them to your procurement schedule.
- Issue the Tender:
- Select the contractor who has not yet received the tender.
- Click "Send Inquiry".
- Choose the tender document you want to send.
- Hit "Send Inquiry" to issue the tender.
