You can now pre-define your roles based on job titles and permissions within your business.

  • Name the role, assign a user type, and describe the activities associated with this role.

  • A list of roles' permissions is available in the Roles & Permissions tab.
These roles ensure that different team members have appropriate access levels based on their responsibilities.

👥User Groups

  • Users can now be added to groups.

  • Allowing access limited to certain Projects.

This has to be done by the C-Link team at this point in time. Future releases will allow you to create your own groups and add users to them. For now, to create a group, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

➕Adding External Members

External members can now be added once to C-Link.

These are not C-Link users, but individuals who are;

  1. Contract witness signees.

  2. Project team members, for visibility.

This allows you to avoid repeatedly entering their details, as they may be referenced multiple times throughout the project lifecycle.
