# Viewing a Quote and Downloading a PQQ in C-Link
## This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view a quote submitted by your subcontractor and download their PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) in C-Link.

To begin viewing a quote and downloading the PQQ:
1. **Go to Project Dashboard**:
- Navigate to your project dashboard. For this example, we are using "Gate Apartments".
2. **Open Procurement Tools**:
- Click on "Procurement Tools" and then select "Quotes and Tender Analysis".
### **📄 Viewing and Downloading a Quote**
Follow these steps to view the quote:
1. **Locate the Quote**:
- Scroll down or use the quick jump features to find the quote you are looking for. For example, "Nationwide Green Roofs".
2. **Summary of Quote**:
- You will see a summary of the quote.
3. **Download Full Quote**:
- Click the button to download the full quote submitted by the subcontractor.
### **📑 Downloading the PQQ**
To download the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire:
1. **Download Pre-Qual Document**:
- Click the button to download the PQQ.
2. **Generate PQQ**:
- The system will generate the pre-qualification document that has been saved for the subcontractor from your supply chain.
- This document includes information on their insurances, accreditations, and other relevant details.
