🛠️ Post-Publication Review
After you have published a project, it undergoes a review process:
- Notification of Review:
- After publishing, you will receive a notification stating that your project is being reviewed by the C-Link team.
- Customer Success Manager Review:
- Your customer success manager will quickly review the project.
- They will then hit the publish button to make your project live.
📧 Receiving Notification of Publication
Once your project is published:
- Email Notification:
- You will receive an email notification confirming that your project has been published.
📊 Managing Subcontractor Interest
After publication, you can manage the interest from subcontractors:
- Access Project Dashboard:
- Go to your project dashboard.
- Navigate to Procurement Tools:
- Select "Procurement Tools" and then "Procurement Schedule".
- Receiving Interest:
- You will start receiving interest from subcontractors.
- This typically takes between 24 to 72 hours, depending on when the project was published.
- Daily Notifications:
- At the start of each morning, you will be notified if you have received new interest from subcontractors.
- View Interest:
- Go to your procurement schedule to view the interest from various subcontractors.
