📧 Receiving an Inquiry Notification

When a subcontractor receives an inquiry via C-Link, they will be notified as follows:

  1. Notification:
    • The subcontractor will receive a notification indicating they have received an inquiry.
    • For example, they might see, "You have received a tender for single-ply flat roofing on the Gate Apartments project from Construction Link Limited.”
  2. Details Included:
    • The notification will include specific details such as the project name, the type of work, and the sender’s name (e.g., QS Paul Heming from Construction Link Limited).

📄 Viewing and Downloading Tender Documents

Subcontractors can easily access and view the tender documents:

  1. Open Tender Document:
    • They can open and download the tender document from the notification.
    • The tender document will be in PDF format, containing all relevant information.
  2. Recognising the Document:
    • The tender document will be familiar in format, ensuring subcontractors can easily navigate and understand the content.

📂 Accessing Drawings and Documents

The subcontractor can view and download all related drawings and documents:

  1. View Drawings and Documents:
    • The drawings and document list can be accessed from the tender document.
    • Subcontractors can click on each document to open and view them individually (e.g., elevation drawings).
  2. Download All Documents:
    • At the bottom of the numbered documents list, subcontractors can press "Download All".
    • This will download all files as a zip file, providing a convenient way to access all documents in one place.
  3. Combined Access:
    • The PDF tender document includes links to all drawings and documents, and subcontractors can download everything in a single zip file.
